Kyiv: Ukraine’s biggest airline, the Ukraine International Airlines has announced to cut around 900 jobs due to covid-19 pandemic crisis in the airline industry, Reuters reported on Thursday.
The job cuts amount to around 35% of the company’s personnel and it expects to see revenues drop by 46% this year.
Recently the aviation industry has experienced an unprecedented turmoil due to covid-19, making the Ukrainian airline to cut costs to survive.
